Trafalgar Ethics Board Inc. (TEB) is a Canadian independent ethics board that has over 15 years’ experience working with the Canadian clinical research community.  We have experience with over 1,000 investigators and over 50 sponsors from across Canada, the United States and Europe covering the full range of therapeutic indications.  We review multi-centered studies, single site studies and investigator-initiated studies.  All Phases of studies are reviewed including large Phase IV studies where we have experience in working with over 250 sites in a single study.

Our primary role, one we take very seriously, is ensuring that the appropriate steps are taken to protect the rights and welfare of patients.

We approach both our investigators and sponsors with a strong service orientation, knowing that time is of the essence and that quality reviews and documentation are essential.

TEB operates in accordance with the rules and regulations defined in the Canadian Food and Drug Regulations, Division 5, Tri-Council Policy Statement, U.S. CFR Title 21, Parts 50 and 56, U.S. CFR Title 45, Part 46, and Good Clinical Practice Standards.
